Staff very friendly and couldn`t do enough for you.. Top Class.. great location & good value for money.. Very peaceful & well located on a quiet st.. no noise of any kind..
Room may be a bit dated..but no problem..
Affordabilitiy, enjoyment and comfort of stay, friendliness of staff
housekeeping could improve, bathrooms extremely outdated (needs an upgrade), with power showers and wider bath tubs, the location was a good distance from galway city itself (35-40 mins by walk)
It seemed to be a small family run hotel and the staff were extemely helpful and courteous.
The decor could do with some updating.
Location was good, bar was good, staff all friendly
Decor bit outdated, breakfasts were 10 euro and very small
Friendly staff, reasonable rate, good parking fascilities, very irish we will come back
A warm homely friendly helpful greeting on arrival. Location excellent for beech or going city shopping -good bus service. As for value for money I would consider it excellent. Good breakfast served in a cosy friendly athmosphere. Would return again and recommend it to a friend.
Location, value for money and hospitality
The staff were very helpful and accommadating. It was very clean, oldfashioned and cosy.
Friendly and good service that suited my purpose. Good location and acess to Galway and Salthill.
As recent guests at the Anno Santo Hotel, myself and my family found the experience an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Although we spent a lot of the holiday outdoors, we felt welcome on our return. The room was basic but value for money, and suitable for a family. The complimentary breakfast was a generous bonus also. On the one occassion we decided to have a drink in the hotel, the children were welcome, and it was very relaxed. We would definetely consider staying there again if we visit Galway again.
Restaurant bar inside the hotel. Parking space also near the street.
A little bit far from the city center. You need the car to get it.
Staff were friendly. Room was set up nicely . Room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Great information available on options in the area. Great location , beside the beach and promenade. Overall good value for money .
My fourth time to stay in this hotel and would not stay elsewhere it is the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in it is not one of these over priced modern building types it is comfortable, clean and most of all relaxing. A perfect place to stay whether it's a small group of friends, or families with children. I would recommend it highly. For me it's home from home.
the room was good the little bar was great.
A great place! It is close to the beach and easy to find as it is on the main road. There is plenty of parking, wifi and breakfast (if you choose). The room was comfy and fine. There is a bar and area you can just hang out in. What was the best part of this place was the craic... My friend and I arrived back to have a drink in the bar and ended up chatting to locals, other guests, the bar man, singing songs with the guitar... An amazing spontaneous night that was so much fun, so Irish and great craic! I will have such fond memories of our stay.
The porter that welcomed us was a gentleman
Very poor quality hotel will not stay again too over priced also
